PROBLEM
The hospitality industry, including hotels like Doxa Court, faces challenges in providing a seamless and integrated experience for guests seeking both food delivery and room reservations. Existing platforms often lack cohesion, forcing users to navigate multiple apps or websites for their dining and accommodation needs. This fragmented approach results in inconvenience and inefficiency for users and can lead to missed opportunities for the hotel to maximize revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.
As the product designer for the Doxa Court app, I address the project problem by creating an intuitive interface that integrates food delivery and room reservation functionalities seamlessly. By understanding user challenges with fragmented platforms, I design a unified experience that simplifies accessing services within a single app. Through clear navigation, intuitive layouts, and consistent branding, I aim to enhance user satisfaction, streamline booking, and maximize engagement. My role is to bridge objectives and user needs by crafting a visually appealing and user-friendly interface, driving the app's success.
SOLUTION
Designing a cohesive interface for the Doxa Court app integrates food delivery and room reservation seamlessly. Clear navigation and intuitive layouts allow easy access to features without switching platforms. Consistent branding ensures a unified experience, enhancing satisfaction, streamlining booking, and maximizing engagement.
